I’ve written about this company in the past and I’m going to bring it up again. Stay away from this Russian dating software provider. They are scammers. Yesterday I had someone let me know that they too fell for this scam and they did NOT get their money back. So, be careful and do NOT buy this software. They will take your money and you will NOT get it back. You will lose $595 dollars and that is a lot of money.
Don’t be fooled by the nice looking demo. Believe me, it’s a piece of shit. There is NO support and the crap software will not work at all. Do not fall for the FAKE review sites about their software. They have created a review site that gives good reviews about their software. This is the oldest trick in the book. Don’t fall for it. Their dating software will only provide you with massive headaches and a lighter wallet.

Can only agree with u ….
I was fooled by there nice presale support, there rewieves and so on.
But after i made the order and the payment it all changed. I got NO support at all, no answers or replys to my mails, msn, or phonecalls. My order was for a unique desing wich should take few days, but its been 2 months now and i still havent got anyting at all from them. So, i spend around 600$ on nothing !!

I got scamed too. I lost $595 dollars to these guys. I bought it for my dating site because I had Boonex dating software installed and because ABK said that their software could import all the Boonex profiles and photos, that was my main reason for getting it. I had over 10,000 profiles and I bought their software and right away I knew I was going to have problems. I did not import the Boonex stuff. It errored out. I ask over 20 times for help but they ignored my requests. I tried to get my money back and I even sent an email begging for it back and they refused to reply to me. I then tried to Skype them and ask they why they wouldn’t give my money back and they blocked me. I hate them. I wish they would go away. I worked really hard for the money I used to buy that crappy software and I got scammed by it.

I feel sick now, I just spent the past week trying to upload the site. It is nearly done now and I see your posts. Has anyone ever sucessfully had a site up and running with them?
I am not sure if anyone has had any luck with getting it all working. They claim that they have lots of clients but you can’t tell if it’s theirs or if it’s for real. They like to create tons of fake dating sites to show that people are using their crappy product. Totally bogus if you ask me. We bought it and I used my American Express and since the software was full of bugs, we tried to get our money back. AMEX gave us our money back but they took a hit on them. There is something about doing business with a Russian company located in Russia that even the top credit card company can’t even get the money back. It’s completely whacked that these guys can get away with ripping people off. Here is their whois domain record information:

Yeah, I think I was one of the luck ones. I was able to get my money back. If you want to get your money back you have about 90 days to do it. Just tell your CC company that you did not receive the good and services you paid for. That should be enough for it. Don’t say you got it but it’s messed up. Say you never got the goods and services you paid for. The owners name is Demitry and he is a complete asshole! Abledating does suck!
I have been trying to get them to respond to me but I have not heard a peep since I bought it. I’m thinking about going to my CC company to see what, if anything can be done.

We also buyed ablespace for about 7 month ago. Then after install we found a lot of bugs and crypted codes.
We wrote them in their helping center, and got a answer that the bugs is soon fixed and we will be contacted when we could download the patch.
Month and month went away, nothing happend.
We wrote again in ticket system, no answers, we emailed them, no answers and then we wrote them at msn and skype.
No answers and the fucking guys blocked us !
The thing is that 597 dollars is a lot of money for me when I earn about 800 dollars a month.
Is it possible somehow to get my money back ?
Or is it away ?

David, I am truly sorry that you got scammed by them. They continue to rip people off doing exactly what you have stated in your comment. I do not think you will get your money back but I can suggest one thing that might work. Their credit card processing company is Avangate and can be found at Avangate.com. Their email is support@avangate.com. I suggest you email them and threaten lawsuit against them for allowing credit card processing from a known fraudulent company. That is my advice to you. Do not stop emailing them. Someone told me yesterday that there is going to be a CNN report on this company. I don’t know if that is true or not. I do have tons of users that they might want to talk to.

The company are the worst people ive dealt with, from the moment they take your money , they have this we dont care attitude.
Most times they dont even have the decency to reply , even now as i type this im being ignored with 4 tickets and the msn online support guy. Once they take your money they dont give a damn about you, its not american either its mainly russians. And their free up dates are only free if u are a web master and can do it yourself. They advertise getting youtube software free, yet one year later and its not even developed. They refuse all refunds even after one hour.Their software is so basic, the 3d city and 3d chat rooms are so poor and basic,they could have been designed better by a child.
Dont use this company , it was the biggest mistake ive made. now ive got a site that dont work and this people dont even reply to my tickets.
Beware they are not good.

First you contact Avangate.com and let them know. Then, depending on where you are, go to your consumer affairs office and file a report. Then go to http://www.BBB.org and file a report there. If you used Paypal, then file a claim with them. If you used a credit card, then contact your credit card company and tell them all that you did NOT get what you paid for. Simple as that. You might get it back depending on how long ago you bought it. Good luck and let me know.

The software have ton of bugs, No support, no money back, ABK is an Enterprise ghost in USA.
No respond tickets, the demo is with fake users, and they control all VOIP, VIDEO, Music in theirs servers in Rusia. NO BUY to ABK, is the worst software i see in all my life.
